Our scoring engine benchmarks user input vectors against a normalized matrix of 320 US Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs). Each metro record contains continuous parameters normalized onto a scale of 0.0 to 1.0 across affordability, climate, sunshine, population density, tax burdens, career expansion, and cultural amenities.

Where u_i represents the normalized user preference, c_i represents the verified municipal metric, and w_i represents the priority weight (1.0 to 3.0). Matches are calculated in under 15ms in client memory.
